Eric Reid
Eric Reid, the founder of Dier Executive Security Services, Inc., is a visionary with security experience and knowledge acquired over a 26 year career in the military and the public and private sectors.
Reid enlisted in the Jamaican police force in 1989 and graduated at the top of his training class. He was soon recruited to join the Special Branch, the elite division of the Jamaican police.
From 1991 to 1996 Reid oversaw security operations at the Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. During this period, he was also assigned to provide executive security to the Jamaican Prime Minister and visiting heads of state.
In 1999 Reid enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving more than 12 years of active duty. Reid has done five combat tours, his duties included designing security plans for military outposts in Kuwait and Iraq, Executive Protection of U.S. Congressmen, Military commanding Officers. Reid has been on numerous special combat operation Missions. and has trained Middle East police and military forces. Reid has operated as military training advisor to the Iraqi Special Operation Forces also led convoy security operations and provided executive protection for high-ranking military officers and other dignitaries.
Since returning to civilian life, Reid has been a security consultant to the directors of the movies “Bad Boys” and “Fast and Furious.” Reid has also provided personal security for numerous sports, music, and film celebrities, worked with several private security firms, and earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security, and a Masters of Sience degree in Criminal Science.

Andre L Smallwood
Director of Logistical Operations of Dier Executive Security Training Inc., has over 29 years of security and logistical experience between the U.S Marine Corp, and as a Protective Service Officer for the Department of Homeland Security.
Smallwood joined the Marines in 1986 as an infantryman; he served in various billets and military campaigns throughout his career with 7 deployments. In 2007 He deployed as the Senior Enlisted Tactical Advisor and Logistic Chief in a joint venture for the State Department and DOD as part of the ACOTA Program in Benin, Africa. As a skilled and disciplined leader, he also served as the Combat Operations Chief, Logistic Chief, Anti-terrorism and force protection Officer as well as Security Manager for several different units before he retired in 2011.
As the Operations and Logistics Chief, he provided TEEP budget data for over 1100 personnel for review and processed to Marine Expeditionary Forces for 8 major movements in support of OIF/OEF. He coordinated multiple combat/security patrols and supervised the detainee releases while serving as the Operations Chief for Task Force Military Police in Southern Iraq. He has five sons and one daughter and he currently resides in Lee’s Summit, Mo. USA
